Our teams work closely with immigrants, employers, municipalities, settlement agencies, and others to help employers close hiring gaps, and individuals find jobs that make use of their skills and training.

WES engages employers to create inclusive, vibrant, and productive workplaces. We work through both local and national networks, collaborating closely with employers, and with municipal, regional, and federal governments, as well as newcomer-serving organizations to develop solutions that connect employers with the talent they need.
