2024: Thrive Anywhere
In 2024, WES marked 50 years of service to the global educational community—supporting over 4 million individuals and collaborating with nearly 60,000 institutions in more than 200 countries. Through impact programs, policy, and advocacy, WES and its partners continue to break down barriers, foster global mobility, and create opportunities for individuals to thrive in new places.

2023: Pillars of Progress
In 2023, WES supported refugees and displaced individuals, serving 5,300 individuals through the WES Gateway Program alongside more than 120 community partners. Collaborations with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and Qualification Check further enhanced WES’ efforts to support the global mobility of the many communities it serves. 2022: Shaping Inclusive Systems
In 2022, our partner network grew to more than 500 organizations across the U.S. and Canada, and over 4,500 higher education institutions, governments, licensing bodies, and employers received WES credential evaluations to facilitate recognition of international education.
