Undergraduate Program Applicants (No Transfer Credit):

  1. Select U.S. for your evaluation.
  2. Add Youngstown State University as a recipient.
  3. Select the WES Document-by-Document with ICAP evaluation type.

Those with Transfer Credit (Including A-Levels) and Graduate Program Applicants:

  1. Select U.S. for your evaluation.
  2. Add Youngstown State University as a recipient.
  3. Select the WES Course-by-Course with ICAP evaluation type.

Follow the country-specific document requirements and arrange for your documents to be delivered to WES.
