The WES U.S. Policy Tracker monitors state and federal policies that expand access to good work for immigrants. It serves as a resource for advocates, policymakers, and practitioners working to advance immigrant economic inclusion and community integration efforts across sectors.
How to Use the WES U.S. Policy Tracker
Filter by Policy Issue Area. Use the preset filter buttons to jump straight to the bills in a single issue area; click on the filter button again (or clear the search bar) to return to the full list. Clicking the header of columns will sort the rows.
Search. Type any keyword—a state, a bill number, or a term like “licensure” or “nursing”—into the search bar above the table. The table filters as you type to show only matching bills.
Open a Bill. Bill numbers in the first column are links. Click one to open the bill’s official legislative page in a new browser window, where you can read the full text.
