Credential Evaluation Requirements

Weill Cornell Medicine – Population Health Sciences

What you need to do:

Follow the steps below before starting your application:

  1. Select the United States for your evaluation.
  2. Select WES Standard Application.
  3. Add Weill Cornell Medicine – Population Health Sciences as a recipient by selecting the following:

    • Institution: Cornell University – Manhattan.

    • School/Division: Select WEILL CORNELL MEDICINE.

    • Department/Office Name: Select POPULATION HEALTH SCIENCES.

  4. Select WES iCAP Course-by-course as the evaluation type.

Follow the country-specific document requirements and arrange for your documents to be delivered to WES.

Note: Weill Cornell Medicine – Population Health Sciences applicants must request the WES International Credential Advantage Package (ICAP) course-by-course report. If you have a prior WES report, you must add WES ICAP to your evaluation report.

The Department of Population Health Sciences does not accept hard copy materials via mail. WES evaluations should be submitted via electronic delivery (AccessWES).

  1. Verify your academic records.
  2. Prepare an official credential evaluation.
  3. Deliver your evaluation report and verified copies of your transcripts directly to Weill Cornell Medicine – Population Health Sciences.
