Credential Evaluation Requirements

1. Create a new WES Account: Visit Get an Evaluation, select U.S., and choose a WES Standard Application.
2. Select Evaluation Type: Choose Course-by-Course (ICAP) and ‘Licensing’ as the purpose of evaluation report.
3. Add Utah Division of Professional Licensing as a Recipient.
4. Submit Application, Pay and Obtain a Reference Number: Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a WES Reference Number.
5. Submit Academic Documents: Follow WES’s Country-Specific Document Requirements and arrange for your academic documents to be sent directly to WES. Certain academic documents can be uploaded to your WES Account.
6. Monitor Application Status: Log in to Applicant Sign In to track updates. WES will contact you if additional documents are required.
7. Receive Final Report: The evaluation report will be mailed to you, and Utah Division of Professional Licensing will have electronic access to your evaluation report.

Stream Two: Existing WES applicants with evaluation report

If you already have a WES evaluation report, you will need to order an ‘Additional Report’ for Utah Division of Professional Licensing:

1. Login to Applicant Sign In.
2. Order Additional Report and select ‘Licensing’ as the purpose.
3. Add Utah Division of Professional Licensing as a Recipient of your evaluation report.
4. Pay the applicable fee.
5. Final Report: Utah Division of Professional Licensing will have electronic access to your evaluation report.
