National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB)

What you need to do:

The National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB) requires a Course-by-Course ICAP report. They also require that your report be delivered to them electronically.

Follow the steps below to complete your WES application.

If you have not applied to WES previously, follow the steps below prior to starting your application:

  1. Select Canada for your evaluation.
  2. Select WES Standard Application.
  3. Add The National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB) as a recipient. (please choose from the dropdown menu to select the National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB).
  4. Select WES CxC ICAP as the evaluation type

If you have an ECA with WES previously, follow the steps below to upgrade your report:

  1. Select Upgrade Report (see cost breakdown)
  2. Choose “Change ECA report to a Standard Course-by-Course Evaluation”
  3. Add The National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB) as a recipient. (please choose from the dropdown menu to select The National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB).

If you already have a CxC ICAP with WES, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Duplicate Report (see cost breakdown).
  2. Add The National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB) as a recipient. (please choose from the dropdown to select National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB).

Note: applicants of The National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB) must request the WES International Credential Advantage Package (ICAP) Course-by-Course report. If you have a prior WES report, you must upgrade to WES CxC ICAP.

Follow the country-specific document requirements and arrange for your documents to be delivered to WES.

What WES will do for you:

  1. Verify your academic records.
  2. Prepare an official credential evaluation.
  3. Deliver your evaluation report and verified copies of your transcripts directly to you.
  4. Deliver a duplicate report electronically to The NDAEB (if duplicate report is selected.).

Note: If you do not select a duplicate report through WES, you must send your ICAP report including course-by-course pages that have been notarized as a true copy of the original by a notary public, lawyer or commissioner of oaths in Canada and mail it with your application to the NDAEB office.
