Credential Evaluation Requirements

East Tennessee State University Graduate School
What you need to do:

Select USA for your evaluation.

Select WES Standard Application.
-
Add East Tennessee State University Graduate School as a recipient.
-
Select WES Course-by-Course with ICAP as the evaluation type.
Follow the country-specific document requirements and arrange for your documents to be delivered to WES.
Applicants must request the WES International Credential Advantage Package (ICAP) Course-by-Course report. If you have a prior WES report, you must add WES ICAP to your evaluation report.
Applicants applying to programs which require a third-party application (listed below), defer to the third-party application instructions for submitting your WES evaluation. Do NOT send to East Tennessee State University Graduate School. The Graduate School will access your evaluation from your completed third-party application.
- SOPHAS – Public Health (MPH and DrPH) and Health Administration (MHA)
- PTCAS – Physical Therapy (DPT)
- CSDCAS – Speech-Language Pathology (MS) and Audiology (AuD)
- DICAS – Clinical Nutrition (MS)
- OTCAS – Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- OPCAS – Orthotics and Prosthetics (MS)
What WES will do for you:

Verify your academic records.

Prepare an official credential evaluation.

Deliver your evaluation report and verified copies of your transcripts directly to East Tennessee State University Graduate School.
Additional Information
Completed evaluations must be received by ETSU Graduate School no later than 5 business days after your application deadline otherwise your application may be closed for missing materials. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
