What you need to do:

York University requires a Document-by-Document (DxD) ICAP report, to enable them to view your original documents and grades.

If you have a prior WES report for education or immigration: you may be able to upgrade it to a WES ICAP DxD report.

When requesting the report, please select that it be delivered electronically to “York University, Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

If you have not applied to WES before, follow the steps below before starting your application:

  1. Select Canada for your evaluation.
  2. Select WES ICAP Application.
  3. Add “York University” and select “Office of Undergraduate Admissions” as a recipient.
  4. Select WES DxD ICAP as the evaluation type.

If you have an ECA IRCC with WES before, follow the steps below:

  1. Select “Upgrade Report” – From ECA to DxD with ICAP
  2. Add “York University” and select “Office of Undergraduate Admissions” as a recipient.

If you have already had a DxD ICAP or CxC ICAP with WES before, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Duplicate Report.
  2. Add York University and select Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a recipient.

Follow the country-specific document requirements and arrange for your documents to be delivered to WES.

  3. Deliver your evaluation report and verified copies of your transcripts directly.
