Instructions for Empire State College Applicants
World Education Services (WES) is the only international credential evaluation service that Empire State College recognizes for
its students with international transcripts.
Empire State College requires a WES Course-by-Course evaluation.
Be sure to follow the WES documentation requirements and to have your evaluation report
sent to Empire State College. To speed the process, WES sends an official electronic report to Empire State College as well as
mailing them a report.
