There are certain government funded programs delivered by immigrant serving agencies and Community Colleges which they have some funding to cover the WES evaluation reports. You may want to contact the Job Connect Programs and COSTI organization
to learn more about their services for immigrants and the extent of financial support they can offer to you. Also, the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration has created a "Foreign Trained Professionals Loans Program" of up to $5,000 per person to cover evaluation, training and exam costs. The Maytree Foundation delivers the program.
