TRANSCRIPTS AND EVALUATIONS
WES offers two primary credential services:
- storing and delivering your verified international transcripts with evaluation reports and
- preparing evaluation reports, which explain how your international education compares with the Canadian system.
The evaluation is completed and mailed within 7 business days, once your application,
all required documents and payment have been received. WES evaluates ALL your formal academic credentials, regardless of number or complexity.
TRANSCRIPT STORAGE AND DELIVERY WITH EVALUATION—WES ICAP (International Credential Advantage Package)
The WES ICAP provides storage and delivery of your verified transcripts with the WES evaluation report. Once your transcripts are received, verified and
evaluated, WES will store them for you and send copies of them to the educational institutions or professional licensing bodies of your choice. Verified transcripts can be sent with a Course-by-Course evaluation or Document-by-Document evaluation as described below.
CREDENTIAL EVALUATION
WES offers two types of evaluations. (In case you do not know the type of evaluation that you require, please check with the institution, agency, or employer to which you will submit the report.)
1. Course-by-Course Report Sample (for illustration only)
A Course-by-Course evaluation identifies and describes each diploma or certificate, indicates periods of education and provides an equivalency for each document.
In addition, it lists all courses (subjects) completed at the post-secondary level, provides semester credit and grade equivalent for each course, and gives a Canadian grade point average.
This is the evaluation you should order for:
- Higher education (whether you seek to transfer credits or apply for an advanced degree)
- Professional licensing
2. Document-by-Document Report Sample (for illustration only)
A Document-by-Document evaluation identifies and describes each diploma or certificate, indicates periods of education and provides an equivalency for each document.

- Immigration
