Already submitted your application? To check the status of your evaluation in progress or update your order, please go to our Online Applicant Status. You will be able to view your records from our live database, which offers the most current and complete information.

Please note that responses to all emails are handled between 9:00am-8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Emails submitted on weekends will be answered on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will respond to your email as quickly as we can.
