The office building is located at the corner of Yonge and Carlton (College subway
station).
The office is open for walk-in service Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm . Please note that walk-in service is limited to dropping off completed paper applications and documents that have been requested. (payment by check or money order only). All other service is conducted electronically and by mail.

Already submitted your application? To check the status of your evaluation in progress or update your order, please go to our Online Applicant Status. You will be able to view your records from our live database, which offers the most current and complete information.
