(USCIS) \u4fee\u8ba2\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u60a8\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8bf7\u7ee7\u7eed\u9605\u8bfb\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u5173\u4e8e\u6b64\u9879\u653f\u7b56\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u65b0\u7b7e\u8bc1\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u89c4\u6c47\u7f16\u300b\u7b2c 8 \u7ae0\u7b2c 103.2(b)(8) \u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\u5c06\u4e8e 2018 \u5e74 9 \u6708 11 \u65e5\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\u7b80\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u8fd9\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u786e\u5b9a USCIS \u5728\u60a8\u672a\u9884\u5148\u63d0\u4f9b\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u53d1\u51fa\u8865\u4ef6\u901a\u77e5 (RFE) \u6216\u5426\u51b3\u610f\u5411\u901a\u77e5 (NOID) \u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/USCIS\/Laws\/Memoranda\/AFM_10_Standards_for_RFEs_and_NOIDs_FINAL2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55<\/a>\u8d4b\u4e88 USCIS \u88c1\u5b9a\u8005\u5728\u4e0d\u8981\u6c42\u8865\u4ef6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u201c\u62d2\u7edd\u7533\u8bf7\u3001\u8bf7\u613f\u6216\u8bf7\u6c42\u7684\u5b8c\u5168\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u52a1\u5fc5\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5c31\u63d0\u4ea4\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u5e76\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>\u65b0\u7b7e\u8bc1\u653f\u7b56\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e F-1 \u5b66\u751f\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u548c\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6301\u6709\u4eba\uff0c\u6b64\u653f\u7b56\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u9996\u6b21\u7b7e\u8bc1\u9762\u8c08\u65f6\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e5f\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u57fa\u4e8e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u56f0\u5883\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6388\u6743\uff1a<\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u9762\u4e34\u6781\u5176\u4e25\u5cfb\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u5411 USCIS \u7533\u8bf7\u6821\u5916\u5de5\u4f5c\u6388\u6743\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6062\u590d\u72b6\u6001\uff1a<\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5141\u8bb8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684 F-1 \u7b7e\u8bc1\u5931\u6548\uff0c\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u7533\u8bf7\u6062\u590d\u72b6\u6001\u4ee5\u91cd\u65b0\u83b7\u5f97\u6709\u6548\u8eab\u4efd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u80fd\u505a\u597d\u4ec0\u4e48\u51c6\u5907\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u6b64\u9879\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u505a\u597d\u51c6\u5907\u548c\u52e4\u594b\u52aa\u529b\u662f\u6210\u529f\u83b7\u5f97\u548c\u4fdd\u6301\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u9996\u6b21\u7b7e\u8bc1\u9762\u8c08\u65f6\uff0c\u9762\u8c08\u5b98\u5c06\u8003\u8651\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u70b9\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u6279\u51c6\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u6709\u7f8e\u56fd\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\u7b7e\u53d1\u7684\u5df2\u7b7e\u540d<\/strong><strong> I-20 <\/strong><strong>\u8868\u683c\u539f\u4ef6\uff1f<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>I-20 \u8868\u683c\u5c06\u7531\u60a8\u8ba1\u5212\u5c31\u8bfb\u7684\u5b66\u9662\u6216\u5927\u5b66\u90ae\u5bc4\u7ed9\u60a8\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u591f\u8bc1\u660e\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c42\u5b66\uff1f<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u643a\u5e26\u94f6\u884c\u5bf9\u8d26\u5355\u6216\u94f6\u884c\u4fe1\u51fd\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8868\u683c\u4ee5\u8bc1\u660e\u60a8\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c42\u5b66\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u77e5\u9053\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c42\u5b66\u548c\u5c31\u8bfb\u6240\u9009\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff1f<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u5728\u9762\u8c08\u65f6\u8bf4\u660e\u60a8\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u51b3\u5b9a\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c42\u5b66\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u6216\u52a8\u673a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u60a8\u548c\u539f\u7c4d\u56fd\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u53ef\u8ba9\u9762\u8c08\u5b98\u786e\u4fe1\u60a8\u5c06\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u5b66\u4e1a\u540e\u56de\u56fd\uff1f<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u63d0\u4f9b\u60a8\u56de\u56fd\u610f\u5411\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\u6781\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u62e5\u6709\u571f\u5730\uff1f\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u63a5\u624b\u5bb6\u65cf\u4f01\u4e1a\uff1f\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5bb6\u4eba\u671f\u76fc\u7740\u60a8\u56de\u56fd\uff1f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7533\u8bf7\u5141\u8bb8\u6821\u5916\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u56f0\u5883\u8c41\u514d\u3001\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6062\u590d\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u9700\u8981\u88c1\u5b9a\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9c\u7684\u5f53\u524d F-1\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6301\u6709\u4eba\uff0c\u5b8c\u6574\u5b8c\u6210\u7533\u8bf7\u5e76\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u5c06\u662f\u7533\u8bf7\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6240\u5728\u3002\u653f\u7b56\u4fee\u8ba2\u7248\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u88c1\u5b9a\u8005\u65e0\u987b\u7b7e\u53d1 RFE\u5e76\u53ef\u56e0\u4fe1\u606f\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\u62d2\u7edd\u60a8\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u5207\u52ff\u8ba9\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e8b\u60c5\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u60a8\u8eab\u4e0a\uff01<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u6700\u540e\u5efa\u8bae<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u968f\u65f6\u638c\u63e1\u77ac\u606f\u4e07\u53d8\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u79fb\u6c11\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u8bf7\u52ff\u56e0\u6b64\u9879\u4fee\u8ba2\u540e\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u800c\u611f\u5230\u6c14\u9981\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc7 100 \u4e07\u540d\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u6b63\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c42\u5b66\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5e94\u80fd\u8ba9\u60a8\u5907\u53d7\u9f13\u821e\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u5bf9\u6b64\u9879\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u6709\u7591\u95ee\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u60a8\u6253\u7b97\u5c31\u8bfb\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u5927\u5b66\u6216\u5b66\u9662\u3002\u5982\u9700\u5176\u4ed6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u8bbf\u95ee\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u7f51\u7ad9\uff0c\u6b64\u7f51\u7ad9\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7559\u5b66\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u5b9d\u8d35\u8d44\u6e90\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
