Plusieurs recommandations sont au c\u0153ur de<strong> <\/strong>l\u2019\u00e9tude<strong><\/strong>, notamment l\u2019augmentation du financement des programmes d\u2019orientation professionnelle adapt\u00e9s aux professionnels immigrants et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019inclusion \u00e9conomique et professionnelle aux \u00c9tats-Unis est plus cruciale que jamais. Dans un contexte de p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre persistante dans tout le pays, environ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.migrationpolicy.org\/research\/brain-waste-college-educated-immigrants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>deux millions d\u2019immigrants et de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur sont actuellement au ch\u00f4mage et sous-employ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>, malgr\u00e9 une solide exp\u00e9rience internationale et une autorisation de travail. Les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion \u00e9conomique compl\u00e8te comprennent les comp\u00e9tences en anglais, la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019orienter dans la culture du travail am\u00e9ricaine et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wes.org\/fr\/methodes-employees-par-les-etats-pour-ouvrir-leurs-moyens-dobtention-du-droit-dexercer\/\"><strong>les exigences en mati\u00e8re de licences professionnelles<\/strong><\/a> qui sont souvent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/sites\/dolgov\/files\/OASP\/evaluation\/pdf\/NewAmericansStudyFinalReport.pdf#page=32\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>complexes, co\u00fbteuses et chronophages<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/general\/topic\/training\/onestop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>centres am\u00e9ricains pour l\u2019emploi<\/strong><\/a> peuvent adopter plusieurs approches pour promouvoir l\u2019inclusion \u00e9conomique. Ces personnes, dont une majorit\u00e9 sont elles-m\u00eames des N\u00e9o-Am\u00e9ricains, peuvent soutenir les demandeurs d\u2019emploi tout en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la sensibilisation et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation des communaut\u00e9s d\u2019immigrants. De nombreux centres am\u00e9ricains pour l\u2019emploi ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 adapt\u00e9 et \u00e9tendu avec succ\u00e8s leurs services \u00e0 d\u2019autres populations mal desservies, telles que les anciens combattants ou les jeunes anciennement plac\u00e9s en famille d\u2019accueil, et ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rents en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre des N\u00e9o-Am\u00e9ricains peuvent s\u2019appuyer sur les succ\u00e8s de ces programmes. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Les \u00c9tats du pays ont pris des mesures pour accro\u00eetre l\u2019inclusion au travail. La majorit\u00e9 des centres de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre du Colorado sont administr\u00e9s au niveau local par les comt\u00e9s, plut\u00f4t qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019\u00c9tat, et les comt\u00e9s et les r\u00e9gions \u00e0 forte population immigrante, comme Denver, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place des services d\u2019orientation sur mesure pour leurs r\u00e9sidents N\u00e9o-Am\u00e9ricains.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Programme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre par les pairs du Maine\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En\u00a02022, le D\u00e9partement du Travail du Maine a allou\u00e9 1\u00a0premier million de dollars sur deux ans \u00e0 un<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maine.gov\/jobsplan\/program\/peer-workforce-navigator-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>programme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre par les pairs<\/strong><\/a>.
