La bourse vise \u00e0 amplifier l\u2019impact de l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9 au sein des communaut\u00e9s sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de transitions vers l&rsquo;actionnariat salari\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de professionnels des investissements \u00e0 vocation sociale.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 la d\u00e9couverte de la bourse\u00a0: une occasion unique d\u2019exercer un impact<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour Jungyun Kim, la d\u00e9couverte du programme de bourses fut une surprise qui correspondait parfaitement \u00e0 ses aspirations professionnelles. \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la bourse sur LinkedIn en cherchant des offres d\u2019emploi apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu mon dipl\u00f4me\u00a0\u00bb, dit-elle.
