Par exemple, saviez-vous que les hommes, lorsqu\u2019ils d\u00e9cident de postuler \u00e0 un emploi, pr\u00e9sentent leur candidature m\u00eame s\u2019ils ne r\u00e9pondent qu\u2019\u00e0 60\u00a0% des qualifications requises, tandis que les femmes ne postulent que si elles r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 100\u00a0% des exigences<sup>1\u00a0?<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous envisagez le recrutement de candidats issus de l\u2019immigration, restez ouvert \u00e0 toutes les comp\u00e9tences et exp\u00e9riences suppl\u00e9mentaires qu\u2019ils pourraient vous offrir.
