Exploiter pleinement leur potentiel \u00e9conomique pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages, tant pour la vie de ces personnes que pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Les employeurs canadiens, qui ne cessent de signaler des p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre dans diff\u00e9rentes professions, ont un r\u00f4le essentiel \u00e0 jouer dans la construction d\u2019\u00e9conomies plus inclusives et le soutien \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des travailleurs immigrants et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les immigrants et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s font face \u00e0 d\u2019importantes difficult\u00e9s pour acc\u00e9der au march\u00e9 du travail, surtout \u00e0 des niveaux correspondant \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0Ils sont souvent surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les professions peu r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es et les secteurs o\u00f9 les conditions de travail sont m\u00e9diocres et les possibilit\u00e9s de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique limit\u00e9es.\u00a0Il est de toute \u00e9vidence n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019impliquer les employeurs dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration des immigrants et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pouvoir attribuer aux travailleurs immigrants des emplois qui correspondent \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 leur exp\u00e9rience et \u00e0 leurs aspirations, et pour aider les employeurs \u00e0 combler les p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre gr\u00e2ce au recrutement de candidats qualifi\u00e9s, les programmes de d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre doivent \u00eatre centr\u00e9s sur les perspectives des travailleurs, mais aussi engager les employeurs \u00e0 participer activement \u00e0 leur conception et \u00e0 leur mise en \u0153uvre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-opportunity\">L\u2019opportunit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cette offre de financement n\u2019est plus disponible. Les laur\u00e9ats recevront des subventions d\u2019une dur\u00e9e maximale de deux ans et allant de 150\u00a0000 \u00e0 200\u00a0000\u00a0dollars canadiens.
