Ses \u00e9tudiants (entrepreneurs sociaux, militans, responsables communautaires et\/ou associatifs) viennent de milieux intersectionnels d\u2019horizons divers et sont souvent sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les sph\u00e8res du leadership et de l\u2019entrepreneuriat. Depuis 2013, Groundswell a servi plus de 250\u00a0personnes avec ses programmes d\u2019entrepreneuriat social et de travail ind\u00e9pendant, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er plus de 75\u00a0emplois.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559685\":720,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cette subvention finance la conception et le lancement d\u2019une version \u00ab\u00a0formation pour formateurs\u00a0\u00bb du cours Leadership for Social Change de Groundswell, une approche inclusive, tenant compte des traumatismes, anti-oppressive et intersectionnelle-f\u00e9ministe de la formation au leadership et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle. Pendant six mois, des leaders communautaires accompagnant des femmes immigrantes apprendront \u00e0 animer des ateliers de leadership ancr\u00e9s dans les forces de chacun et le d\u00e9veloppement des moyens de subsistance.
