Il favorise une croissance \u00e9conomique inclusive en accompagnant les immigrants de la r\u00e9gion de Philadelphie, qui repr\u00e9sentent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20\u00a0% de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre locale, dans le cadre de programmes ax\u00e9s sur le perfectionnement des comp\u00e9tences, l\u2019entrepreneuriat et la participation citoyenne.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559685\":720,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la premi\u00e8re cohorte de subventions du Fonds en 2019, TWC a mis \u00e0 disposition une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils intitul\u00e9e Engaging Immigrant Talent, qui s\u2019appuie sur une approche bas\u00e9e sur les actifs pour aider les employeurs \u00e0 mieux recruter, embaucher, fid\u00e9liser et promouvoir les talents issus de l\u2019immigration sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
