L\u2019objectif du GWPI est de faire tomber les barri\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e ou au maintien sur le march\u00e9 du travail pour cinq populations cibles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 de grosses entraves pour d\u00e9crocher un emploi stable et durable, notamment les immigrants et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559685\":720,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette subvention, le GPWI peut \u00e9laborer un syst\u00e8me visant \u00e0 mieux outiller et encourager les employeurs pour l\u2019embauche, la promotion et la fid\u00e9lisation d\u2019un plus grand nombre d\u2019immigrants et de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, dont des personnes form\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, qui occupent des postes qui ne correspondent pas \u00e0 leur parcours professionnel ou \u00e0 leur exp\u00e9rience. Cette initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e pour les communaut\u00e9s grandissantes d\u2019immigrants dans le sud du Maine, en outre d\u2019un vaste \u00e9ventail d\u2019employeurs.
