Sa mission est ax\u00e9e sur la collaboration avec les travailleurs, les employeurs et les communaut\u00e9s afin de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e, de promouvoir des emplois de qualit\u00e9 et d\u2019investir dans des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9quitables.<\/p>\n<p>Le Fonds soutient le projet \u00ab\u00a0Healthcare Immigrant Workforce\u00a0\u00bb (Main-d\u2019\u0153uvre issue de l\u2019immigration dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9), qui s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise et le mod\u00e8le d\u2019apprentissage entre pairs de CareerSTAT, un r\u00e9seau national regroupant plus de 300\u00a0employeurs et partenaires du secteur de la sant\u00e9, afin de partager des innovations en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, des bonnes pratiques et des initiatives ax\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sultats qui aideraient les travailleurs immigr\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences, \u00e0 progresser dans leur carri\u00e8re et \u00e0 obtenir des salaires leur permettant de subvenir aux besoins de leur famille.<\/p>\n<p>Une subvention renouvel\u00e9e du Fonds soutient le travail de CareerSTAT aupr\u00e8s des professionnels de sant\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re ligne qui s\u2019occupent des immigrants, en mettant l\u2019accent sur le t\u00e9moignage afin de positionner les employeurs partenaires de CareerSTAT comme des leaders d\u2019opinion dans le secteur des soins de sant\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n","attr_website":"https:\/\/nationalfund.org\/","attr_amount":"150\u00a0000\u00a0USD"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.2 (Yoast SEO v27.0) -
