Il existe des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et des discriminations syst\u00e9miques dans la fa\u00e7on dont les capitaux circulent, ce qui affecte de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e les communaut\u00e9s sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Les premi\u00e8res recherches de NPL sugg\u00e8rent que les fondations canadiennes investissent presque exclusivement dans des gestionnaires de fonds \u00e0 impact blancs ou masculins. NPL cherche \u00e0 remettre en question le statu quo gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa plateforme d\u2019impact collectif inclusive.
