ABN utilise une approche d\u2019int\u00e9gration globale pour combler les lacunes et remplit sa mission gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ateliers d\u2019orientation, des activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation et des programmes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s offrant un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des ressources, \u00e0 du mentorat et \u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage professionnel. En\u00a02022, ABN a lanc\u00e9 le consortium Untapped Talent avec cinq agences de services sociaux (Bay Cove Human Services, HMEA, Thrive Support &#038; Advocacy, Advocates et Venture Community Services) afin de d\u00e9velopper des solutions mod\u00e8les visant \u00e0 transformer la mani\u00e8re dont les agences de services sociaux peuvent soutenir efficacement les employ\u00e9s immigr\u00e9s et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une voie vers un changement syst\u00e9mique dans le secteur des services sociaux dans le Massachusetts.
