L\u2019organisation envisage un pays \u00e9quitable et bienveillant, qui accueille toute la diversit\u00e9 de notre main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au soutien du Fonds Mariam Assefa de WES, Upwardly Global sera en mesure de former et de mobiliser les employeurs et les d\u00e9cideurs politiques afin qu\u2019ils soient inform\u00e9s et deviennent des champions culturels de l\u2019embauche et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration des immigrants et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail, dans le but de transformer les syst\u00e8mes qui ont un impact sur les immigrants form\u00e9s et \u00e9duqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
