Le Jane and Finch Centre est un organisme communautaire multiservices qui se concentre sur la r\u00e9duction de la pauvret\u00e9 \u00e0 travers l\u2019engagement des r\u00e9sidents, le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et la lutte contre l\u2019oppression. Ils dispose d’une longue histoire d\u2019innovation et de r\u00e9ponse aux besoins et priorit\u00e9s de la communaut\u00e9. Depuis plus de 44\u00a0ans, l’organisme b\u00e2tit strat\u00e9giquement la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre du centre en collaboration avec les r\u00e9sidents, les responsables communautaires, les groupes communautaires, les organismes et les partenaires de la communaut\u00e9 locale et au-del\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce financement, le Jane and Finch Centre a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la figure de l’Animateur de sensibilisation \u00e0 la vaccination des jeunes, charg\u00e9 d’intervenir sur le th\u00e8me de la vaccination au COVID-19 sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux et en personne, et de fournir des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de vaccins aux jeunes (\u00e2g\u00e9s de 12 \u00e0 21\u00a0ans) vivant dans la communaut\u00e9 de Jane-Finch et de Black Creek.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","attr_website":"janefinchcentre.org","attr_amount":"18\u00a0500\u00a0CAD","status":"past"},"yoast_head":"\nJane and Finch Community and Family Centre -
