WEBINAR POLICIES

Cancellation of webinar registration and requests for refunds must be received either by email or written letter no later than 24 hours before the start time of the webinar. Refunds will be provided within 3 weeks of your request with a $25 processing fee. Refunds will not be provided if cancellation requests are received after the live webinar.

WES is not responsible for individual technical failures resulting in an inability to attend a webinar. (We suggest you test your system before the day of the webinar.) Thus, such cases will not warrant refunding the cost of the webinar. If you are unable to attend for any reason (technical and/or non-technical), you will receive a hyperlink to the recorded session.
