Will I receive a copy of the PowerPoint?
Yes. You will not only be provided with a copy of the PowerPoint, but will also receive a hyperlink that will link you to an on-line recording of the webinar (visual and audio) that you can pass around your office for 5 business days from the day of the event.
What will I need to view and listen to the presentation?
You will need a computer and a telephone with the following:
- Computer minimum requirements
Windows:
- Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, or XP
- Intel Pentium, 266 MHz
- 64 MB available RAM
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, or Netscape 7 or later
- JavaScript and cookies must be enabled in the browser
- 56K or faster Internet connection
*Do not use Mozilla Firefox to view WES Webinars
Macintosh:
- Macintosh OS 10.2 or 10.3 - NOT compatible with 10.4 (Tiger) at this time
- 64 MB available RAM
- Safari (recommended), Microsoft IE 5.2 or later, or Netscape 7
- Java, Javascript, and cookies must be enabled in the browser
- 56K or faster Internet connection
- Basic telephone, cell phone or smart phone with long distance capacity
- Toll-free numbers will be provided for the United States and Canada
- If you are planning to view as a group, use a telephone with speaker phone to project the audio for the entire group.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONNECT TO THE AUDIO PORTION BY USB HEADPHONES THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER.
Will I be able to ask the presenter specific questions?
Yes, you will be able to type in questions to the presenter to be answered during the Q&A portion of the presentation. You are encouraged to type those questions during the presentation to be in the queue to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
Will you cover actual credentials during the webinars?
If the webinar mentions credentials in the title, we will cover credentials during the presentation. These webinars will include an examination and discussion of a survey of varying credentials.
