International Credential Evaluation Reports for SOPHAS
(Schools of Public Health Application Service)

Based on special arrangements with SOPHAS, WES will deliver its credential evaluation reports to SOPHAS by secure electronic transmission. This will expedite the delivery of your report – as well as images of your verified transcripts – to SOPHAS and allow SOPHAS to process your report most efficiently.

Applying to WES:

Because WES has developed an electronic delivery process in cooperation with SOPHAS,
you must use the WES online application to order your evaluation from WES. If you have a scholarship code, please enter it when requested during the WES application process. The online application is recommended, but if you prefer you may also download the special WES-SOPHAS application form. (Scholarship codes can only be used on the online application.)

Please refer only to the information and forms that are provided on this page for SOPHAS candidates. Do not use the forms found on the main WES website.

If you have any questions regarding specific documentation requirements please visit the WES Required Documents page.

If you have already submitted an application to WES without your SOPHAS ID#, please send an e-mail to sophas@wes.org including your name, date of birth, country of education and SOPHAS ID# so that we can update your file for efficient electronic delivery upon completion. Please be sure you have created a 2012-2013 SOPHAS application and completed the Colleges and Universities attended section of the application. SOPHAS will not be able to post the evaluation to your account until this is done.

If you have had a WES evaluation done previously and now want it sent electronically to SOPHAS, please go to our Online Additional Reports Application to do so. When you designate SOPHAS as a recipient, you will be prompted to enter your SOPHAS ID #. You may also order your report using our PDF order form, in which case please be sure to add a cover note indicating your SOPHAS ID# so that the file can be issued electronically to SOPHAS.

Note: Limited (50% discount) scholarships are available for candidates from LDCs as designated by the United Nations. (See www.un.org/special-rep/ohrlls/ldc/list.htm) Please request scholarship codes from SOPHAS. WES will not be able to supply scholarship codes.
