Instructions for Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences Applicants

support your application to the Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences.

Please be advised that if you have been educated beyond secondary school in
your country, you should choose the "Course By Course" report. This report
will provide the college with important details regarding your education, including:
- how your education equates to U.S. education
- the specific courses you took beyond secondary school
- U.S. credit hours and grade equivalents
- whether your courses represent
"upper" or "lower" level of a U.S. college education
- a computation of a cumulative grade point average
