You will hone your evaluation skills and streamline your processes to make the most efficient and reliable admissions decisions, working with authentic credentials while being guided by our seasoned professionals as they pose and respond to questions based on the most pertinent topics related to credential evaluation.

Kevin has been evaluating international academic credentials for over 18 years, completing extensive research and numerous articles focusing on educational systems around the world. His primary focus is Latin America and Europe, and he gives frequent presentations at national and regional conferences covering topics such as educational systems, academic credential verification, diploma mills, transfer credits and the Bologna Process.

Xiao Chen, Senior Area Specialist at World Education Services. With over eleven years of experience evaluating international credentials, Xiao specializes in the educational systems of East Asia including China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. Xiao previously worked and taught in the East Asian Studies Department at Rutgers University, and has written extensively on the subject of comparative education.
