Community Partnerships and Projects

WES engages with community organizations, employers and institutions to develop innovative projects that assist immigrants in finding academic and career pathways commensurate with their academic qualifications. Through community partnerships, WES creates effective strategies and programs that seek to overcome the barriers that too often prevent immigrants from fully leveraging their skills and talents in the U.S.

Current projects include linking WES clients with Upwardly Global's unique "Job Search Program for Immigrant Professionals" and the development of training and support programs designed to help local school districts properly assess and place immigrant and refugee students.
