Programme of Study: 
All government-supported elementary schools must include the following subjects in the core curriculum:

• Chinese (Cantonese)

• Mandarin (Putongua)

• English

• Mathematics

•  General Studies (including Science Education, Personal, Social and Humanities Education and Technology Education)

• Music

• Physical Education

• Arts and Crafts

Assessment and Promotion: 
Students are continuously assessed through coursework, as well as both written and oral examinations.
