- LOWER SECONDARY EDUCATION
- Structure:
- Lower secondary education is usually three years in length, although it can be four years depending on the type of primary school attended. Education is compulsory through ninth grade or age 15, whichever comes first. Vocational/technical programmes are also offered at the lower-secondary level.

- 3 - 4 years, depending on grade of entry
