To ensure that evaluations are based on documents that are accurate and valid, WES adheres to strict and specific document requirements for each country of education.

For the requirements for your country of education, choose from the list below:
Can’t Wait? If you need to know the Canadian equivalency of your documents while you wait for them
to be sent to WES, use our preliminary on-line equivalency.
You may enter five credentials, for the first credential the fee is $20, and an additional four credentials can be reviewed for $10 each.
This fee can be credited toward the cost of an official evaluation.

TRANSLATIONS:
If your documents are not in English or French, you must submit precise word-for-word English
or French translations together with your foreign-language documents. COSTI Languages Bureau and WES
have a joint translation and credential evaluation services respectively: WES-COSTI Joint Online Application
(www.wes.org/ca/apply/wescosti.asp).
Translations prepared by the school or university that you attended or by authorized translators in
your home country are acceptable.
When you are submitting photocopies, please make them on Letter, A4, or Legal Size Paper. Please
do not staple, bind or paste your documents, instead attach them together with paper clips.
Please do not send original documents unless specifically requested by WES.
