Step by Step Instructions
Applying for your WES evaluation is easy; follow the 3 easy steps outlined below. Each step contains a link that will bring a "pop-up" page with important details that you should review. After reviewing the details, close the pop-up window to return to the instructions page and the next step.

Review the types of evaluations WES offers and decide which one is right for you.

Find out the documents that are required for your country of education.

Complete our online application.
Follow the instructions carefully and be sure to request any additional services (rush service, express delivery, additional reports, etc.) that you might need.
Note: If you need to know the Canadian equivalency of your documents immediately,
use our Preliminary On-Line Equivalency. You may enter five credentials, for the first credential the fee is $15, and an additional four credentials can be reviewed for $10 each.
This fee can be credited toward the cost of an official evaluation.

Please do not send original documents unless specifically requested by WES.
|
WES completes evaluations within 7 business days if all necessary documents and fees are submitted. On occasion, we must request additional information or documents, which may extend the normal processing time. WES also provides various rush services. We advise that you begin the process as early as possible.
