Canada’s new federal immigration program announced to re-open and begin taking applications in May 2013 Canada's new immigration selection system for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is to take effect and begin accepting new applications on May 4, 2013. The new FSWP will require applicants to demonstrate that they meet the minimum language threshold by completing a test with a designated language testing service and have their educational credentials assessed by a designated assessment body (to be announced in the New Year). |
