ETS Canada and WES Application Save $40 when you certify your English and have your credentials evaluated Internationally educated professionals can now certify their English ability and evaluate their international academic credentials – all through a single application. World Education Services and Educational Testing Service Canada have launched the joint application. WES provides international credential evaluations and ETS Canada administers the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC). Canadian employers have stated in surveys that language skills and the validity of international academic credentials are essential requirements to hire new Canadians.
