WES/COSTI Joint Online Application Apply for WES/COSTI Joint Online Application World Education Services (WES) and COSTI Languages Bureau are launching a joint online application for both the translation and evaluation of international academic credentials. Immigrants to Canada can save money and time by applying to have their international academic documents translated and evaluated through a single online application. In the past, individuals wanting to have their credentials evaluated would have to send copies to COSTI for translation, then wait until they were translated, and then send these translated copies to WES. Now, individuals can apply online for both services at the same time, and simply submit their documents to WES. WES and COSTI will do the rest. We believe this "one stop” combined online service is one way of eliminating some of the barriers and hurdles which immigrants encounter in Canada. Translation fees:
