Standard Service
Our standard service provides you with:
- The evaluation - completed and mailed within 7 business days, once your application, all required documents and payment have been received
- Mailed through regular mail
- One official evaluation report mailed to you AND one report mailed to the institution of your choice
- Evaluation of ALL your formal credentials, regardless of number or complexity

Rush Services
We also offer rush services as follows:
3-Day Service (additional Cdn. $100)
- Evaluation is completed within 3 business days upon receipt of a complete application with all necessary documents and
payment (holidays and weekends not included).
Same-Day Service (additional Cdn. $200)
- Evaluation is completed on the same day we receive your application, as long as it is complete with all necessary documents and full payment before 1pm.
- If received after 1pm, the evaluation will be completed the following business day.
Delivery Options
The basic evaluation fee includes mailing by regular postal mail. Other time saving methods and additional fees are:
Express Courier Delivery Service
- Cdn. $25 per destination, for overnight delivery in Canada
- Cdn. $75 per destination, for overnight delivery to the United States
- Cdn. $75 per destination, for delivery overseas (delivery times may vary by country)
- Cdn. $20 per destination, registered mail in Canada
International Registered Mail
Fax Report
- Cdn. $10 per destination in Canada and USA
- Cdn. $20 per destination for international
Sealed Envelopes ( details)
Original Documents
WES does not normally require original documents. If for some reason you have sent us original documents, you must choose overnight delivery or registered mail to have your documents returned.
Address Change
If you change your address, please let us know in writing to prevent delays in your receiving the evaluation.
