The Research Associate collaborates and assists in the undertaking of a variety of research and consulting projects related to international higher education trends, with special emphasis on the practice of international student enrollment management.
Candidates should have a master’s degree in a related field, as well as research and/or analytical experience, and solid computer skills.
The Credential Evaluator reviews and evaluates international academic documents and prepares evaluation reports to ultimately help foreign students and immigrants transition to study or work in the US and Canada.
Candidates should be multilingual with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, international relations or related field. International education experience is preferred and solid computer skills are required.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative provides information, support, and troubleshooting to WES applicants via phone and email regarding WES application procedures, WES policy, and various customer issues.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of customer service and/or call center experience, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently, problem solve and communicate well with a very diverse customer base.
